Blend All the Ingredients

In a blender, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds on medium speed until well incorporated. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend a few more seconds.

1. Spray the Preheated Pan

Preheat the pan to 375°F/190°C (medium) and lightly coat with nonstick spray. If using butter, add the butter and allow to melt completely.

2. Add the Crepe Batter

Using a ladle or a measuring cup, add some of the crepe batter to the center of the pan and immediately tilt the pan so that the batter evenly coats the entire bottom.
