Mushrooms are a great alternative for taco filling wether you are on a plant based diet or not. Oyster, hen of the woods or button mushrooms are all great choices and you can also use a mixture of your favorite ones.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Smash the avocado with a fork and add to a bowl. Season with salt and lemon juice as you continue to mix until you reach your desired texture.
