Garlic and parmesan seasoned potato wedges, with a pinch of paprika and fresh thyme. Roasted in the oven until tender and crispy, these delicious potato wedges are a home run !
Preheat the oven to bake (not convection) at 425°F/220°C (high) and adjust the rack to the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchmet paper and spray with non stick spray.
Wash and cut the potato into wedges. Add them to a bowl along with the chopped garlic and olive oil and toss well.
Add in the remaining seasonings and toss to coat.
Arrange the potatoes skin side down on the sheet and sprinkle the remaining seasoned oil over them.
Sprinkle evenly over the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. You may need to add a few minutes depending on your oven.
Once the potatoes are fork tender and golden brown, transfer to a heat resistant surface and turn off the oven.
Enjoy these potatoes with your favorite dipping sauce or try it with The Perfect Burger.
