In a mixing bowl combine the following ingredients.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and acid. Set aside for later use.
In a small bowl, stir the cornstarch and water until completely incorporated.
Place the pan on the burner, then select XXXXX Cooking method and tap the handle twice until the Cue logo turns on. Preheat the cookware to 150 °C.
Tilt the pan to coat evenly.
Add the ingredients to the preheated pan, and cook for 50 seconds or until it softenes.
